10. Service Quality
The quality of service depends on your internet connection speed and device compatibility. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming. We are not responsible for service quality issues caused by your internet provider or device.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through IPTVWORLD, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of IPTVWORLD or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVWORLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if IPTVWORLD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Service Interruptions
IPTVWORLD reserves the right to interrupt or suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will attempt to provide notice of planned interruptions when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
14. Account Suspension or Termination

15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and IPTVWORLD regarding your use of the service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
17. Modifications to Agreement
IPTVWORLD reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
